This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of DocUnlock's products and services ("the Service") by our customers and their users. The purpose of this AUP is to ensure an optimal service experience for all users, compliance with laws and regulations, and the protection of our service from misuse or harm. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP and any other policies and agreements made available to you by DocUnlock Inc.
Users of the Service must not:
- Unauthorized Access: Allow access or use of service usernames or passwords by anyone other than approved users.
- Illegal Activities: Engage in activities that are illegal under local, state, national, or international law.

- Security Breaches: Attempt to breach, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the operation, features, or security of the Services or circumvent any administrative or security controls of the Service.
- Spoofing: Do not send misleading or false information to disguise the source, including engaging in 'spoofing' or 'phishing' activities.
- Distribution of Malware: Distribute, upload, or transmit software or materials that contain viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other malicious or harmful code.
- Spamming: Send unsolicited bulk messages or commercial communications.
- Resource Abuse: Consume an unreasonable amount of resources (e.g., bandwidth, disk space), which adversely affects the service for other users.
- Promotion Abuse: Exploit referrals or promotions to gain undue credits.
- Third-Party Actions: Allow, encourage, or facilitate third parties to engage in any of the aforementioned activities.
Users are expected to use the Service in a manner that is ethical, respectful to others, and compliant with the AUP. DocUnlock reserves the right to review and monitor compliance with the AUP and to limit or terminate service for non-compliance.
DocUnlock will take appropriate measures to enforce this AUP, including, but not limited to, reviewing user conduct and content, responding to complaints from third parties, and taking direct action against users violating this AUP. Actions may include warnings, account suspension, termination of service, and legal action.
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to our team at support@docunlock.com. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
DocUnlock reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
